Original banner

Up loaded a new banner for the site.  Not much different, but the sizing in particular was off.  Creating a banner proved to be a lot harder than I thought it would be.  Deciding just what should be in the banner, color choices, sizing, and how involved (or loaded) was actually quite difficult.  But with practice this will all become easier and a distant memory.
Hopefully my writing skills will get better too!
